Director of Property Management

The Director of Property Management (DPM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the property management company, including property operations, marketing, training, engineering/technical services and compliance. The Director of Property Management will ensure that established financial performance targets are achieved or exceeded, assure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and ensure quality delivery of services. The Director of Property Management will be the main contact point for all fee client relationships as well.
