Principal Objective of the Position: The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for maintaining maximum occupancy of the property, control expenses and staying within the property’s operating budget, rent collection, delinquency/collections, resident satisfaction/retention, maintenance issues and upkeep of the grounds and office areas and achieving all compliance-related measures/guidelines/requirements.

The Assistant Property Manager (APM) is responsible for assisting in maintaining maximum occupancy of the property, assisting in controlling expenses, collecting rent, managing delinquency, maintaining high resident satisfaction/retention, assist in coordinating maintenance issues, upkeep of the grounds and office areas and assist in achieving all compliance-related measures/guidelines/requirements.
