515 East
Located in Elkhart, IN, 515 East is a mixed-use development with 60 apartment units and approximately 1,937 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. 48 of these units will be made affordable through the federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. 515 East will have a special focus on providing mental health services to address the effects of pandemic living and the rising rate of depression among teens and adults of all ages.
