Superior Lofts — 102 W. Superior St, Fort Wayne, IN 46802
Fort Wayne, Indiana has been continually revitalizing its downtown area and we are excited to be a huge part of it.
We began by transforming a historic warehouse into unique urban apartments called The Randall Lofts. This adaptive reuse project preserved the original historic design by keeping the exposed beams and piping, tall ceilings, and original wood floors. We included eleven different floor plans to ensure that renters have numerous unique options.
Seeing what a success Randall Lofts quickly became, the city asked us to do more. Next, we turned to Fort Wayne’s Riverfront Development, designing and building Superior Lofts. This property also includes exposed beams, large windows, and granite countertops that combine modern design with an industrial feel.
We continue to manage both properties today, with more than 90% occupancy, and look forward to more projects in this exciting area!
